Homemade Feed?

Hi. Does anyone have any "recipies" for chicken/quail/poultry feed? I'm looking into making my own,

SINCE
-It's hard to find poultry food in my area (due to the fact that everyone makes their own feed or has no interest in farming)
-I want to add the exact amount of protein etc. so that my birds can be healthy

Any tips/advice/mixes are appreciated!

Maybe you should ask them?
Getting all the vitamins/minerals/amino acids could be tricky, look for a poultry pre-mix.
Usually have to buy large quantities of grains to make it cost effective.
If you can't buy commercial poultry feed in your area, can you buy the grains and pre-mix?

What kind of grains? I know what pre-mix is.
