homemade incubator help

hi all iv bought a thermostat with light and fan of flebay and bought a power pack that outputs 12v 2amp .witch the seller said id need

my only bug is when i plug it in all that happens is that it clicks and the light on the bord and the heat lamp flicks as it click and the fan only does qurter turn .

any help would be great

If Im understanding you right, the 12v is to run only the fan, the light & thermostat run on 110.

I don't know that thermostat. Do you have a website you can point me to so I can see the details.

Also what are the numbers on the light an fan?

Ok, can you give me the numbers printed on the relay(big blue box) an the numbers printed on the heat bulb. O an any numbers printed on the fan.
