Homemade wine fridge incubator can’t get temps correct

I’m working on making a incubator out of a beverage cooler but can’t get my temps to match up around the fridge. There’s a 2 degree difference from the top of my egg turner to the bottom. I have a bulb up top and a bulb on the bottom both with fans. I’ve tried all different wattages but can’t get a consistent temp throughout the bator any suggestions?

This is just a shot in the dark, but try disconnecting the lower fan.

My thinking is that right now all you're getting is turbulence. If you had one fan, you might get something closer to circulation, which is what you want. I think that's the issue -- getting the air to actually circulate rather than just bluster around.
