I need your help/input.

I feed Purina Flock Raiser to my mixed flock of day olds to 5+ year old chickens and geese.

MIL went to the store today to go buy me some more, but went to a different feed store and brought home Homestead FastGrow http://www.homesteadfeeds.com/Poultry/fastgrow.html

Is
this safe for my mixed flock? Is it comparable to Flock Raiser?

If not I need to know soon so I can get the right stuff tomorrow, I don't want to cause any damage to my geese or my chickens.

It looks comparable to FR. It has the same protein content, but not sure about the rest off hand (I'm at work). The only thing geese and ducks can't have is medicated feed, and this isn't medicated. I would feed it to them and see if they like it. If not, go get some FR.

The above statement is not all that true..

Ducks and Geese can have the coccidiostat Amprolium.

I use "High Flyer 28" put out by Kent Feed and it is designed for pheasants, quail, chukars, turkeys and for starting ducks and geese and is medicated with amprolium....
