Hoosier Traders - Going to Knox 6/14???

I think this is the 3rd time I posted this question...I'm beginning to feel unloved

Is anyone here going to the Swap on 6/14 and what are you bringing to sell?
My coop is ready for some occupants and I'd love to fill it with some laying hens.

Hope to meet some BYCers there and bring home some hens.

I don't know if I'll bring anything to sell. I have lotsa chicks but I want to wait & see on those. There will be plenty of stuff there to pick from tho!

Hi Carole!

Ideally I would like to come home with 4 laying hens.
Definitely not insterested in chicks, but juvenile hens - 3mos or older - would be okay too.
The breeds I am interested in are:
Barred Rock
Buff Orpington (or Blue or Splash)
Isa Brown
Red Comet
Buckeye
Wyandotte - SLW, BLW
Barnevelder
Dominique

I'm going for pretty, but really any cold-hardy, brown egglayer will do.

Sorry we won't be able to make it, have a lot of planning to do. I don't know what will be here August !st but we are planning a BYC Chickenstock and all are invited!
