I have been selling some extra chicks I hatched and some little roos. Each time I just feel awful for a while. I worry the people will not take care of them well, or won't feed them right. It's a lot more difficult emotionally than I thought it would be. Maybe I am a secret animal hoarder in my heart....

its always difficult to give up something you've taken the time to love and care for. It does get easier. I always tell myself: for every bird I get rid of this year, I can hatch that many more next year. Good luck!!

I feel the same way! haha. I havent gotten mine yet, and i still want to hatch more, i think im a secret animal horder lol. I buy chicks and chicks and chicks or hatch them. lol, but only if i know i can afford and have the time to take care of them.
