ok, after reading and reading POSTS. I think I may be correct in this, what do you think?

I think this a pullet, but....

looking at the rest of the body, I think it's a cockeral, by it's tail, looking bigger than the rest of the EE that we have and the feathers, I think they're pointed.
also, do you think that the neck feathers will turn silvery. Maybe it's not even called siler, black and white? I realize EE come in an array of colors and you can get what ever too. I tell ya- i've been reading EVERYTHING...
