Hopefully an easy question :}

My goose, Bonnie has hatched out 9 eggs a week ago.

My question is: Can I remove her nest and put more hay in there for her? The babies have pooped all over the nest and tonight I noticed a musty smell, so I am worried about possible mold.

Will I upset her totally if I were to do this, does anyone know?

I think you should be at this point to replace the hay

Yep, get the bedding replaced. Once babies are hatched you don't need to worry about swapping the bedding out. Do it often and keep things clean.
