So since it's to soon to tell I was wondering then if it's normal for there combs to grow at different rates even though they are supposed to be the same breed? The second one is way bigger then all my chicks and has been so I am guessing is atleast a week older but has a smaller comb.

Too early to tell on this breed. I had one EE that was colored differently, had the wider comb, & was always much larger than the other two. All 3 turned out to be pullets.

Color meant nothing with mine...only 2 are similar in color and I had no clue Deville was a roo until 9 weeks old when he crowed...well sadly tried to crow. LOL
