Hoping for the best!

My first batch of eggs to hatch in a incubator is on day 22 no movement or signs of life at all.. Temp was 99.5 to 100.00 constantly & 40 to 45% up to day 18. I took the egg turner out & placed the eggs down on paper towels & put in more water & sponges. The humidity came up to about 65% is the highest I have got it.. Is there still hope? Today is day 22

You could try carefully opening up the top, at the air sac, and seeing if they are still alive.
