Silkies are tough, but it looks masculine in conformation.

I think Silkies are the hardest birds to sex. I would have to wait for either an egg or a crow. I hope someone can tell from the pictures. Good luck and have fun...

Beginning or end of july? With that timeframe I'm sorry to say that I think it's a cockerel, but I'd keep it until it crows or lays, just to be sure.

Oh we’ll keep them either way... she loves them. But I think it’s a cockerel and she thinks hen. So I was trying to get some more thoughts since I’m not an expert.

Leaning towards roo but as the rest said can be hard with young silkies glad u can keep him xx
