Really hoping this little fellow is a roo, cause I have been calling him Stud for the last 6 1/2 weeks(that's how old he is) Also wondering cause I bought him from Orshcelens is this a Barred Plymouth Rock.

Certainly looks like a Barred Rock! Thinking it is a pullet. If it is a Roo it certainly is late in getting the Red.

The larger one is a pullet. The littler guy next to her is a cockerel.

Based on all 4.5 weeks of my experience, I also agree. The bigger one looks just like one of my pullets. The smaller one is much closer to my roo (though my roo is only 4.5 weeks old and his comb already has more red... so I am not 100% sure about it being a male) still, the bigger one really looks like my girls.
