horizontal nipplers and 2.5 week old chick.

Are my chicks too young to start on the horizontal nipplers? I started them on them yesterday. Will they learn how to use them and get enough water? If I go to push on it, they all flock to it like they are dying of thirst!

I give the chicks a choice between the two. It's usually around the two week mark that most chicks are using the nipples and I remove the regular waterer. They'll find the water when they get thirsty.
