Horse stepped on chicken's toe

Boy, it's always something with these chickens I love. This morning one of our horses stepped on a hen's foot. It doesn't seem like bones are broken, just the skin and she doesn't want to put weight on it. What would be the best way to care for her?

Any thoughts? We have her in a cardboard box inside the house where it's cooler and cleaner. Other than that we haven't done anything to the wound itself.
