hould I leave them in or take them out?

Hi, this is my first time hatching chicks,they are bobwhite quails and I'm looking for some advice.One has started piping and I don't know if I should take it out when it's dry and risk the ones hatching or should I leave it in and risk the one that already hatched? What worked best for you?

How many eggs do you have in the bator?


I'd leave this one in until more hatch.
