Housing/feeding- am I doing it right?

After doing some reading here I just want to see if I am providing proper housing for my ducks as I'm still new to this.

What I have is a pretty decent sized enclosure, inside of that is the chicken coop, chickens go in to sleep at night and the door is always open since it's already in side the other fence

Then I have a duck box, currently that has its own little fencing around it as I have some ducklings that are being separated from the rest.

They have a 3 gallon waterer. And a feeder, that I sit inside the coop so it doesn't get wet in the rain. (Any suggestions on waterproof/can stay outside uncovered feeder?

And there is also a kiddie pool in there.

The chickens and older drakes free range a majority of the day and I open up the smaller enclosure to let my little ones explore the larger enclosure and have some mini free range time, without getting lost or hurt.

I feed purina flock raiser to my chickens and older drakes. The babies get in medicated starter.
I give treats of meal worms, peas, watermelon, other various foods I have read are okay for both chickens and ducks.

My drakes do not usually go inside at night, they tend to stay outside.
Should they be in some type of cover at night and shut in? Or is it okay since they are still inside fencing?

I use pine shavings in the coop and duck box and clean it (scoop out and add fresh) as needed

Am I missing anything?

I'll add a photo of their current set up, the fencing around the duck box has been expanded since the little ones are larger now.

Looks like a happy setup to me! Although, I would be weary about not having overhead protection when you leave them out at night. Even though they are enclosed that won't stop a hungry predator. Also, from my experience I would feed unmedicated starter to your ducklings. Personally I think leaving the food in the coop is a good idea, you could leave it out but again, that would attract more predators. It's okay if the food gets a little wet! Just make sure to keep it fresh.

Ah, there was a typing error I do feed un medicated.
I worried about the overhead cover as well.
So far no issues. They are able to go in under cover if they choose.
There's a lot of tree coverage, although that's not exactly the best haha.

So far we have had no issues with predators- thankfully!

The only change I would make would be to have something completely enclosed for nighttime. Raccoons are a huge concern for ducks and it looks like they would be able to make their way into your current set-up.
