Housing guineas and peafowl together?

I do know what you mean.
We have several other peafowl penned. Which helps to keep the free rangers grounded and happier to stay close. We have one spalding that free ranges.

But we have too many especially males which we will likely sell at ridiculously nothing just to find (hopefully) good homes for them.
Like anything it can get out of control. That is usually when some kind of problem starts.

Most of the time we got our better judgment telling us to stop or not get anymore. Since it is better for all to be able to get the attention they deserve instead of us spending our time in buying, hatching, and building for more.

And like you mentioned the risk of predators is always a issue.
With that one you have to stay on top of all the time.

So I would say that it would be ok for me to trying housing the 3 peas and 3 guineas together since the peas are all adults and they're currently living in a pen that was occupied by chickens before, but that I should just watch them to make sure the peas don't get sick and that there isn't too much pecking. Also, since chickens are carriers of blackhead and peachicks and poults are very susceptible to it, then it wouldn't be a smart idea to let a chicken hatch poults or peachicks? However on the other hand, if you DID risk raising them together and the peachicks/poults didn't get sick then you are breeding health, vigor, and disease resistance into your lines..right? Unless the chickens you're keeping them with just don't have much of the blackhead bacteria, I guess.

On another note, how do the peafowl do free ranging? We originally wanted to free range ours, but since they were adults when we got them and had a few oopsies where they got out (and they really freaked out) we decided not to. Do they come back in every night? Our plan was to raise some of their babies with the chickens and then let them free range, roosting with the chickens at night. We might have to change that now, I guess. We'll see.
