3 ft x 3.5 ft x 3 ft high would this be ok for a pair of free range geese over night as I will free range every day

That is going to be a bit cramped in all likelihood. It will depend on how large the geese are as well. Geese need to be able to stand upright, stretch an fully outstretch their wings now and then through the night.
