Good luck, Houston! We're working to change ordinances here in Arlington VA also. Is it helpful for non-residents of Texas to sign the petitions?

Do you have to be a resident of Houston to sign? I signed them anyway. Dallas allows chickens. Going to the "Peep at the Coops" tour next week end. My city does not allow them, nor does my HOA. This kind of stuff makes me crazy. It's so absurd.
