Welcome to BYC I also agree with @sourland rough time of year for drakes way to much testosterone. Best to keep him and the dog separated.

My Leonard has also become more territorial and aggressive with my dog. He jumped on her head and started pecking at her. She is an 85 pound American Bulldog. Not smart Leonard, not smart! She is such a sweetheart though. She just made a little cry and ran off. Good times!
