How about this little girl?

I have four black hens. Two are smaller but they have
the same coloring. Are they the same breed ?

Without having pictures of all four of them, its hard to know for sure. There are several black breeds of chicken, but they are all around the same size. However, Jersey Giants are larger. Your larger birds could be Jersey Giants. Or, they could be the same breed; not all birds within a breed are the same size.
