How am I doing? Review my chicken keeping practices.

Sometimes I do think people get too attached and feel unnecessary guilt, when in reality, a lot of chickens are just not long lived birds. I know some people do have very old birds, but not too long ago, there was a post on here, and a lot of knowledgable people posted, that by and far, they lost a lot of birds 2 -3.5 years of age. It is a reality of chickens. For some people that is just too much.

And I swear - I have had some terrible predator wrecks, and they ALWAY get your favorite.
