I’ve had a couple turkey poults die (this is my first year hatching them from our turkeys), and a few times I thought I might be able to save the poult if I knew what would help. We’ve hatched 54 so far. Baby I wish to treat now is one I confiscated from mamma turkey who has a terribly dirty nest and has broken many eggs up there. I got two poults out,surprised she actually hatched any. One was still half in egg. When I got it out, it was like half the inside was a stinky white liquid. Bird seems to have something respiratory and/or neurological. I don’t know if it’s going to make it. I’d like to know what to do better for future birds.
