How big should my coop&run be for 3 chickens

Hi y’all I have 45 chickens all separated into 5 coops and I have a blind hen. 3-1/2 years old and two 3 month old pullets with her and now I need to build a bigger coop and run I need some ideas because I’m only familiar with building big coops I don’t want to make it "to big" but I definitely do NOT want to make it to small! So will y’all help me out here?

right now her run currently is a big kennel but definitely to small for 3 chickens and her coop is probably big enough but it might not be I will send pics upon request - I had to literally right now switch her to a even smaller kennel because we had to put 3 turkens in there because were intograting them into a new coop so yeah

Coop should be at least 12sqft with 3sqft of roost, 3-9sqft of ventilation and 30sqft of run space. More is of course better

Okay is ok that I’m not free ranging these 3 chickens do to one of them being blind normally we free range and then lock them all in the coops so that their safe

Yep, those numbers are fine regardless of it you're free ranging. You could always bump up the run space if you're worried, no chicken has ever complained about having more room

Yes, that'd probably be better if you have a blind hen
