how can i bump up my hatch rate

ive only had one chick hatch over the span of me buying an incubator. ive tried hatching 3 dozens of eggs and no luck all are fertilized and how do i keep humidity in the incubator?

I *think* @The Moonshiner used a little giant? Can't remember though

If you have the LG 9300, it may be playing a significant part in your poor hatches. I had one - briefly - as a hatcher and it was all over the place, temperature-wise. Do you use a separate thermometer and hygrometer? I find that incubator displays are often inaccurate.
