How can I find a person's username if I know their name?

Hi everyone! A quick question: When I was brand-new to BYC I saw an ad placed by a woman who was buying a bunch of chicken coops in bulk in order to get a great deal on them and she was taking deposits for the remainder of the order. I sent a deposit thru Paypal but never thought to subscribe to the thread. Does anyone know if there is a feature similar to the username search but where someone can find a person's username by searching their full name?

I'm curious to see if HER order has arrived yet to know when she'll be shipping. Thank you all in advance for the help!
