I would make run taller, maybe also make the door weighted, that way you can run string and pully into non coop part to open pop door and not have to worry about going out side to unlatch it and worry about it blowing shut, just a thought.....

I think its all very cute and I can't see much wrong with it at all. Folks will probably say you need hardware cloth around your run fencing and such but I free range, so this doesn't mean much to me.

You might want to put some traction on your ramp into the pop door come winter weather....can get a bit slippery then. I just used a piece of roofing for mine and this works lovely.

Your girls look very comfy and at peace.
