How can I keep PEOPLE from hunting my geese and ducks?

As @Folly's place mentioned, keep them close during hunting times. If you are letting them go free range on public property, rather than your private property, that may also be an issue.

Waterfowl hunters can not hunt right near domestic waterfowl as they are considered "live decoys".

Also duck/waterfowl hunters are generally only shooting flying birds.
