How can i make my chickens lay??

They are coming on 20 weeks and no egg. They are Black Australorps and Ameraucanas. Most of the combs are red. And 1 has big wattles, but it is a Hen so how much longer? What can i do ..i have a golf ball in the nest is there any other tricks??

Having patience is the only thing you can do. They will lay when Mother Nature tells their bodies it's time.

There is nothing you can do but wait. Mine started at 21 weeks and most of not all should be laying by 26 weeks.

Some breeds can take as long as 35 weeks to start laying.

There is absolutely nothing YOU can do to start them laying.

My americanas started laying at 26 weeks. Btw don't expect big eggs at first. They will start out so small you may be disappointed.
