How can i make them get along?!?!

I just found this polish hen or rooster but people think it's a hen. It's probably a month or two old. And I also have 3 hens and 1 polish rooster which are all around 1 year old. I put the new chicken in its own chicken coop so that my chicken could see it but not physically. Then I let the new chicken run around the yard a little with the hens and the hens are fine with her. But when I let the rooster out he goes straight for the new chicken. And runs after it and attacks it. And i know im jusy sippose to leave it out there and they can figure it out, but if i do that, he will kill it. How can i get them to get along.

You could isolate the rooster from the flock and allow the new bird to integrate until it is more mature. Then the rooster could be reintroduced to the flock.

You usually have to wait until they are older and more of a size to the rest of the flock to integrate. At a month old, that's pretty small. If it's a hen, when it's closer to sexual maturity, the rooster will like it a lot. If it's a rooster, not so much or at all. Especially with only 3 other hens. I'd let it live in a pen next to their's where it can see but not touch until it's gets bigger.
