how can i stop my chickens from eating their eggs

hi i was collecting eggs and i put the eggs up on the chicken wire on a barrrel and 1 of my hens jump up on the wire rolls it off and breaks and they all run over thinking its food how can i stop then eating their eggs

In Mexico We Did 1 of 2 Thing

1. We Killed Them Cause They Don't Work
2. Debeak Them (Cut They're Beaks)

Maybe You Should Take Them To a Professional To Debeak Them all You Do Is Remove The Pointy Part Of Their Beaks So They Don't Poke Their Eggs also Don't Give Them Any Egg Yolks Cause That's What Attracts Them To This Behavior My Dad Told Me This and He Knows Cause He Used To Have His Own Chicken Flock In Mexico But You Should Probably Debeak Them and If That Doesn't Work Well Your Going To Have To Kill Them Cause They Don't Work They Won't Give Any Eggs

thanks i was wondering if debeaking them would make them starve of die of thirst

well thanks i will try but some i cant do because they only eat them if i drop one or if i put the eggs up on the barrel but thanks for the suggestions here are 7 photos of my chickens

well we do get eggs but if i put them somewhere they'll eat them if i dont watch them

Take a container like a bowl or a basket with you and line it with something soft so the eggs don't roll around and break when you carry them.
