I’ve got a pretty large flock, and this is the only guy that appears to be getting picked on. Does anyone have any suggestions to stop him from experiencing this?

Ive noticed sometimes once a head picking has begun and left bare it will continue, but if you seperate him and give the head long enough to heal and grow back the feathers a decent length then the others will be less likely to continue the pecking.. if hes the only polish in your flock theres a chance they will always continue picking on him since his head is different. Best of luck!
