Hi Guys,

One of my SLW hen's poop has been very liquidy and gross looking lately. I'm afraid she may have worms and I really don't want her getting sick. How can you tell if your chickens HAVE worms? What does their feces look like? Do they have "dirty" eggs? My hen has been laying eggs with a little rough surface, almost like sand...?

Advice please!

A fecal sample.
The rough egg surface is calcium and unrelated. The digestive tract isn't connected to the shell gland/uterus.
A fecal sample read will not only tell you if they have intestinal parasites but the load and what species so your course of action will be appropriate.
