How cold is too cold for 6 wk olds

Chickens went outside for good last night. Only got down to about 55* F but later this week down to about 40* F. Can they withstand those types of temperatures? Last night they wanted to sleep outside in the run instead of upstairs in the bedding/shavings...

At 6 weeks most breeds should be fully feathered or very close. I think they are fine, just make sure they are in a dry and draft free coop.

Ok! I hope they are smart enough to go up into the coop and not try and sleep outside like the normally do...
