I'm sorry, I can't seem to find the original thread.

There was a woman that had all of her rabbits taken away, can anyone link me to it?

Was there an update to it? How did she fare in court?

No update on that thread that i can find...

I'm concerned for both sides of this -

1. Conditions were unfortunate and in some cases, very dangerous. The matting in some cases was severe, the small wire-bottomed cages, stacking of a multitude of cages one atop each other in what most of us would call battery conditions.

2. AC should have worked with her to find ways to handle it before running a "raid" on the farm. Much of the problems were temporary in nature: i.e. the fan was filthy, but it could be cleaned, as could the cages.

I'd really like to see an update on this.

Ok we all have our ideas and opinions on what is humane and inhumane and we aren't supposed to debate that very much or it will get the thread closed. Small and large are relative terms and it's not worth fighting amongst ourselves about it anymore as people rarely change their own opinions and they'll lock the thread.

I PM'ed someone asking for an update since the threads usually get ugly and I didn't get any "new" news. Does anyone remember what state she was in? I might try searching for info not that I think I'd find anything more but I'm interested to read and look over it all again. It's been a while.
