How do Guineas taste

I was thinking about getting some Guineas just wondering how fast they mature what there dressed weight is like and if they even taste good.

there very easy to dress i would dress them around 5-6 months should be about 4lbs and they taste like pheasant

Actually, I don't know....yet. We'll see if any of our little keets annoy us when they get bigger.
