I was wondering how to do this on BYC...

What I mean by that is, how do I change "Chillin with my peeps" to something like that? How can I change it to something that I want to say?!

@KikisGirls, I went to a thread someone has a title named "Flock master" and it doesn't say they're a premium member. Is that because they have to update their status for it to come on there?

You get Flock Master as your final free status. It's no different than "new egg" or "chillin with my peeps". All you need to do is get more trophy points by posting.
If you want a specialized one, you will have to do as KikisGirls explained.
