How do I feed my blind chick?

How genetically close are the parent birds related? Two chicks with the exact same issue have me think of a congenital defect. What you describe makes me think of hydrocephalus, which will only get worse with time.

Please post a picture of the two chicks, so we might be able to assess the situation better.

ETA: It could also be caused by a virus: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/20408417/

The only experience I have with blind chickens is when my show rooster, Ralph a Bantie Rhode Island Red, suddenly went blind. I taught him where the food and water was and went out to check on him multiple times to make sure he was getting enough to eat/drink. I did this for about a year before he died in his sleep. In the beginning, when he was adjusting to his new way of life, I would tap the side of the feeder, waterer so he would know where to put his beak.
