Hello! I am new to BYC (new to make a profile, I’ve been reading it for like a year )

There is this thing that is annoying me and I don’t know how to fix it... there is two little notification alert thingys on reviews and articles, I tried clicking them, opening a few reviews and articles, but I can’t work out what the notifications are for or how to get rid of them!

Please, someone help, this is annoying me so much ahhh

If you look under your account you will see an alert preference tab where you can turn the alerts off for reviews. In order to get the current red alerts to disappear you need to go to the reviews (or articles) and sort them by date and open the newest ones to view them.
