How do i get rid of my 'old hens' who are not laying eggs anymore?

I am having some problems about how i should get rid of my non-laying hens! i have had them for about 3 years now, i am not quite sure of how i can correctly dispose of them

Craigslist is the easiest I know of!
You can still use them for soup, if you still want one final use out of them.

They make great soup/stewing birds. If you want to do it yourself, head over to the meat bird section. If you don't want to do it, post them on craigslist or at the feed store, etc. Sometimes folks still want them for layers even though they're older.
