How do I get the chickens to stop pecking each other?

I had 4teen laying hens and I got a bantam hen. (It is coloored like a rir or a new hampshire. ) Since I got it,(two days ago) all my other hens have been pecking at it.

I try to keep them away from it but it doesnt work. They havent drawn blood yet but I want to stop them before they do. So Please help.

Thers is a natural pecking order, sometimes they just need to kinda peck it out to establish who the head hen is and who the underdog is. Are they drawing blood or are they just kind of bullying her? Is your coop/run large enough to add another hen? Just a few questions to try and get you the correct answer. Hope all goes well.
