How do I keep water available ?!?

I have my mama in the house raising her 3 little chicks. I'm losing my mind with the water situation! She constantly spills it and fills it with bedding because of all her scratching. What do others do to help with this problem?

Set the waterer up on blocks, with a step, so it's above the bedding, and the chicks can get up to it. As the chicks grow, you can continue to raise it up a bit each week. The babies can hop up to the level of the waterer, out of the bedding.
