How do I know what color my silkies are?

I have 2 silkies that are 5 weeks old. They are supposed to be blue but they are very different in size and color. The smallest is dark charcoal with a hint of purple. The larger one is light grey with an obvious purple hue.

What color do you think they are?

Yep, definitely need pics. And at that age it may be really hard to tell.

You are most likely seeing the variations in blue colouring. The lighter one could also be splash.
