How do I make a hen saddle!?

My poor Americauna hen is very small compared to the others (she is standard) and I noticed that my roo's spurs are cutting up her back and ripped all of her back feathers out! I have 1roo and 32 hens. How do I make a hen saddle to protect her from "Mr. Evil Dr. Porkchop"?

I am curious about this, too! I have 13 hens and one rooster and he has his favorite hen. She is a mess!
