how do i make the legs bend!?

i butchered two of my hens, and the legs stick straight up! how do i get them to relax and look normal

Leave them to rest in the fridge for a few days, likely they are in rigor Mortis. I have had some luck easing them down towards the body, not so hard as to dislocate them, but they will come back up, until they are fully rested, unless you hold them down with something, I put mine in a freezer bag as soon as I'm done cleaning them all out, sometimes I have to push limbs where I want them, but the bag holds them in place during resting. ,
