How Do I Manage 10 Month Old Polish Pullet New Aggression?

My sweet Polish pullet shocked me this morning with her aggressive behavior. I take treats of greens and herbs out most mornings when I let my flock of 6 out of their coop. My polish is usually the first to come running and get her treat as soon as she hears my voice. She is happy getting her greens straight from my hand. She is usually first to come my direction and hop on to get affection. This morning I gave her a treat and she ran to an opposite corner of Coop to enjoy. Next thing I know she is running towards me with chest and head puffed up. She then jumped on me and started flapping her wings and pecking. What the heck? What do I do to discourage this behavior in future? Any idea what would cause the aggression? I’m so confused by this new found action. Thank you in advance for your comments and advice!

Any pecking I would rectify by tapping (very gently) on the beak with my index finger. What you describe I would expect from a cockbird so I’m not sure what to suggest tbh
