How do I post with pictures

I am trying to post some questions and pics, and I have gotten the post part written and see the "submit" button, but I don't understand how to add the pictures. Can anyone explain that to me. I tried to follow the directions in the upload link but I am not sure I fully get it, since I can't do it.... lol
