This is my first experience trying to hatch eggs in an incubator and I am a nervous wreck! Today the eggs went into lockdown, but I can only get the humity up to 75%. I have filled the trays, and even added 4 seperate containers of water (empty, clean tuna fish cans). Should I spray water on the eggs? Everything I've read says that the humidity should be at about 85%. Any suggestions? I really want these little guys to hatch!

Don't get the eggs literally wet, but using an old hairspray bottle filled with water should create a nice mist.

You can add a CLEAN wet sponge to the bator..it will bring it up quickly...
Use warm water...
Ansd if the humidity goes up too high.. then just take the sponge out...
