How do I sex my Brabanters?

I have 2 Brabanters. A cream and a golden. My golden is petite compared to my cream. They are both suppose to be about 6 weeks old. However I feel based on size my cream is more like 8 weeks. How do I sex them? They are both suppose to be pullets.
