How do I treat and give after care for bumblefoot?

My favorite chicken was pretty lethargic and would walk four weeks ago, we wrote it off as just an off day but turns out she had bumblefoot! I've seen to soak in epsom salt bath then remove the scab, lastly clean and wrap. But I wanted to know if there were any tips or tricks for the actual removal and how long I should quarrntine her while she heals. the actual bump on her foot isnt bigger than a dime so I think it's pretty early before it got real bad, since she started limping recently.
